herARTS in Action supports community-centered initiatives focused on access to education, creativity, and environmental engagement, as well as collaborative development through local and global partnerships.
Grounded in the belief that meaningful impact grows through relationships, trust, creativity, and shared learning, this work connects storytelling, education, environmental awareness, cultural exchange, and community engagement to support initiatives that strengthen opportunity, connection, and access across diverse communities.

Water & Sanitation in Action
Through partnership-centered initiatives supporting water access and sanitation, herARTS in Action has collaborated on projects that improve access to clean water, sanitation infrastructure, and community health resources.
Projects have included:
- Construction and repair of water wells and latrines in Tiébélé, Burkina Faso
- Distribution of sanitary supplies and health resources for scholarship recipients
- Partnership support for solar well projects serving communities in Fada N'Gourma and Kongoussi
- Collaborative initiatives supporting sustainable water access for 150,000 community members

Education and storytelling play an essential role in strengthening confidence, communication, opportunity, and community connection.

Through collaborative partnerships and community support, herARTS in Action has helped expand educational access and opportunity for girls and underserved students locally and globally.
Since 2018:

Education & Opportunity in Action
Through collaborative partnerships and community support, herARTS in Action has helped expand educational access and opportunity for girls and underserved students locally and globally.
Since 2018:
- Sponsored scholarships, school supplies, and malaria prevention support for girls in Tiébélé, Burkina Faso
- Expanded educational sponsorship from 10 girls in 2018 to 30 ongoing student sponsorships
- Sent backpacks, books, and educational supplies to students in Sierra Leone and Central Minnesota
- Supported literacy initiatives including a library project partnership in Ghana
- Continued long-term educational support for scholarship recipients in Burkina Faso

herARTS in Action believes creative expression and representation matter deeply in building confidence, belonging, and opportunity.
